Founded in 2018, Makaala ~ Bunky Photography began with a simple passion for capturing the moments and experiences that matter most. My photography journey started when I took on the role of photographer for my school at local livestock shows, combining two things I have always loved—photography and showing cattle.

Growing up around the livestock industry gave me a deep appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and memorable moments that take place in and around the show ring. Capturing those moments quickly became more than a hobby; it became a way to preserve the stories, achievements, and connections that make the industry so special.

Over the past few years, Makaala ~ Bunky Photography has grown to offer a diverse range of photography services. In addition to livestock and agricultural events, I now photograph Campdrafts, Ranch Sorting events, agricultural shows as an official show photographer, weddings, family celebrations, and much more. I enjoy the challenge of working across different styles of photography and am always excited to take on new opportunities.

My goal is to create high-quality images that tell a story, capture genuine emotion, and provide lasting memories for my clients. Whether it's the excitement of competition, the pride of a championship win, the joy of a wedding day, or the everyday moments that deserve to be remembered, I am dedicated to delivering photographs that reflect the unique experience of each client and event.
